  Repairs to your vehicle, including replacement parts, are guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle.
• A high level of service
  All c.a.r. shop facilities must meet ICBC’s high standards for workmanship, customer service and facilities.

If your claim qualifies, you can come directly to Solid Gold Collision for a vehicle damage estimate, as well as have your vehicle repaired at the same convenient location. You do not need to go to an ICBC claim centre first. ICBC will inform you whether your claim qualifies for this service when you report your claim.
