ICBC Claims
If your claim qualifies, you can come directly to Solid Gold Collision for a vehicle damage estimate, and get the repairs done at the same convenient location. It isn't necessary to go to an ICBC claim center first. ICBC will let you know if your claim qualifies for this service when you report your claim.
For all other claims, the damage estimate is done at an ICBC claims facility. Afterwards, your vehicle can be taken directly to Solid Gold Collision for repairs.
Notify your adjuster that you will be coming to Solid Gold Collision. Once the vehicle has arrived an estimate, with photos, will be forwarded to the adjuster for approval.
When will your car be repaired?
Repair times vary due to such factors as:
- How busy our shop is,
- The availability of parts,
- How badly a vehicle is damaged.
Can you get a Rental Car?
If you have purchased the following, you are entitled to a comparable replacement vehicle::
- ICBC Loss of Use coverage
- RoadStar Package, or
- Roadside Plus
If you do not have this coverage, you may be entitled to a Courtesy Car supplied by Solid Gold Collision.
Qualifications for a Courtesy Car:
- Valid Drivers License
- Major Credit Card
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Collision coverage |
