Notify your adjuster that you will be going to Solid Gold Collision. Once the vehicle has arrived, an estimate, together with digital photos, will be forwarded to the adjuster for approval.

Repair times can vary due to such factors as:

• The volume of vehicles being worked on in our shop at any given time
• The availability of the required parts
• The extent of the vehicle damage

Your are entitled to a comparable replacement vehicle if you have purchased the following from ICBC

• ICBC Loss of Use coverage
• RoadStar Package or
• RoadStar Plus

If you do not have this coverage, you may be entitled to a Courtesy Car supplied by Solid Gold Collison

• Valid Driver's Licence
• Major Credit Card
• Minimum of 21 Years of Age
• Collision Coverage
